We went to the center today and Jimmy He helped us while we were there. He was very honest with us, very helpful and friendly. He took into consideration all requirements that we had (even though some of them were complex) and came up with a great solution for us. He prepared an excellent order for us - we could not have found a better deal anywhere else!! :) This is the first time I had a pleasant and excellent experience with a sales representative. Thank you Jimmy for your amazing work. Lastly, I want to recommend Mitsubishi company to everyone who is unsure about which car to pick - this is my third car with them, and I have been with this company for a long time because I like their service and cars.
Excellent services! Raymond, our sales, is very nice , patient and professional.He explained the features of the car very well. He always goes extra miles to help us to understand the car and our options that fits our needs. It was a great purchase experience! Definitely recommend people who is interested in Mitsubishi!

We recently went to Surrey Mitsubishi to buy a preowned truck for work. We already knew which truck we wanted and we came by to check it out. We were helped by Nash and Jimmy, which were both really great to work with! They were totally non-pressure salesmen (which I super appreciate), very friendly people, and ensured that all of our needs were met and our concerns were dealt with. They got us a great deal for our purchase and trade-in. The truck also received some repairs before we picked it up as we requested, which was performed in a timely manner.
All the staff there were also very friendly and flexible; when we went to pick it up, it was pretty late in the day but the whole team had put everything together for us very quickly, especially finance and insurance. Nash walked us through the entire process and helped ensure that everything was taken care of. Nash is very friendly, outgoing and genuinely caring. The car was also cleaned very thoroughly before we picked it up which was a bonus!

I bought a pre-owned BMW here. They were very willing to negotiate unlike the BMW Store. Although I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the vehicle because of a couple of repair items I asked for, they made sure it was done right. Their service department did most of the fixes but they had to send out the vehicle to a BMW dealership on a particular repair (power windows). I was really impressed by their service because they wanted to ensure the vehicle was repaired properly (any safety issues I had, they took care of it). Although they could have done better with status updates, when the car was finally delivered to me, it was immaculately detailed and they even filled up the gas tank for me. The two managers, came to greet me when I picked up and my sales guy as well, Wesley. They apologized for the long delay and took extra care of some additional things that I didn't even ask for :). They had the insurance people there ready. I asked for a special license plate and the insurance guy went the extra mile to have one delivered to the dealership from his office! Their willingness to negotiate the price, fix all the minor repairs, detail the vehicle and provide a full tank of gas was quite impressive service. Thanks!
No pressure sale environment. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market to buy a used or a new car. They lay down the options before you and let you decide what's best for you and if you don't find what you're looking for you will never be conned into buying something. Their sales tactic is simple: "Honesty"

Just WOW! A very professional dealership with a family run feel ... these guys know what they're doing. I went in thinking I wanted a truck, but after really listening to my wants (or I should say needs), Nash and his manager Kal totally worked out a better deal on an SUV, which saved me huge on future insurance/fuel expenses, and even made the payments under my initial budget going in. Thank you so much guys. I love my new Outlander.
Friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Helped me find the right vehicle for me. They were not trying to make a fast sale. I felt no pressure to buy during this experience. When I found something I was interested in the staff just gave information and let the vehicle sell itself. The experience was pleasant and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
