I do really enjoy the food at this location... the only negative that I have for this restaurant is their takeout packaging... the styrofoam they send their food out in is horrible, there HAS to be a better, easier to recycle option that still does the job... but overall, best sushi around...
Good food, good prices, but a long wait and we didn't get a tea or little piece of sushi while we waited like a lot of other places offer. But we enjoyed the sushi. The beef in the beef teriyaki roll was a little dry, that would be my only real complaint food wise.
Small restaurant, wheelchair friendly. Great assortment of specialty sushis. Has also the usual fare. You pay for good quality.
This is my favourite sushi place ever. Other places are okay compared to this one, and believe me, I’ve been to a lot of places since one of my favourite foods is sushi. They have lots of options for you even if you don’t feel like eating sushi, the other platters are awesome. The service is really fast even in a busy night. The people who work there are so nice and welcoming and they have already memorized my big family’s order, including a Dora the Explorer plate for my little cousin and her water no ice ;). Crispy roll and sunset roll are always my go-to choices; I discovered that I love Phoenix roll too, but honestly everything is so good I come here once a week
This place completely surprised me. The high quality and presentation of the food is top notch. It's more expensive than the average neighborhood Japanese restaurant, but the quality is so high, I didn't mind. The portions are about right, I left not feeling too full, but I was completely satisfied. The decor is small and cozy, but a little worn out. The food came fast, and the server was friendly. The washroom was well maintained. I'll come back again for certain.
